Deirdre Coyle is a writer and goth living in Brooklyn.
She has been awarded fellowships and residencies from the MacDowell Colony, the Kerouac Project, and the Antioch Writers' Workshop. Her fiction and essays have appeared in Electric Literature, Lit Hub, The New Republic, The Texas Observer, Hobart Pulp, and elsewhere. Her column, "This Mortal Coyle," appears monthly in Unwinnable, and she works as a Digital Producer at Publishers Weekly.
